BRad barnes

Brad’s love for the desert began at the early age of 4 years old when he got his first dirtbike for Christmas.

Since then, Brad has competed in many offroad races on his dirtbikes. In recent years he has been road racing motorcycles in the Pacific Northwest. 

Brad is excited to be back racing in the desert, this time on 4 wheels.

Some of Brad’s racing highlights and experience is listed below.

- Competed in offroad races such as the Elsinore GP and the Virginia City GP.

- 2 wins and 3 podiums in his novice road racing season.

- 2nd place in the class championship his novice road racing season.

- Worked as a mechanic for sprint car and midget racing teams.

Rick Wright

Rick Wright has a passion for desert racing fueled by years of off-roading in the deserts of California and competing in various types of motorsports.

In addition to being a talented driver, Rick is a skilled mechanic and will do whatever it takes to keep the wheels turning and bring the car across the finish line.

Driving car 959 is the perfect platform to showcase Rick’s lifetime of motorsports experience and his ability to go fast in the desert. Below is a brief summary of his motorsports experience:

- A lifetime of off-roading and rock crawling experience.

- Quarter midget racing experience.

- Built and raced his 1971 Camaro drag car.

- Worked as a mechanic for sprint car and midget racing teams.
